MY STORY
Born in 1971, Pierre-Xavier Luciani obtained a law degree from the University of Lausanne in 1996, a doctorate in law in 1999 and passed the bar exam in 2002.
In 2010, he obtained a Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in Construction and Real Estate Law from the University of Fribourg, as well as a specialist diploma in Real Estate and Construction Law from the Swiss Bar Association.
In October 2023, he completed a course in sports law and arbitration at the University of Neuchâtel, obtaining a Diploma of Advanced Studies (DAS) in sports law (grade: 5.87 / 6).

In this field, he wrote an article summarising a highly topical issue within thelegal practice: “La rémunération de l'avocat dans l'arbitrage: de quota litis, de palmario, pro bono: quid novum?” (DAS dissertation, October 2023).
He practises sports law (doping law, sports criminal law, sports association law, sports arbitration, commercial arbitration, athletes personal status and related disputes (FIFA, sponsorship, etc.).
Esq Luciani has more than two decades experience in litigation and disputes, and works closely with Leslie La Sala, particularly when the dispute in question requires a swift and incisive response.
He also practises enforcement law (debt collection), having written his doctoral thesis in this field.
